RAI Principle

RAI represents earned respect, trust and proven responsibility inside the Adamantis system.

RAI cannot be bought, sold, transferred, inherited or exchanged as currency.

RAI grants trust, never ownership.

RAI opens access, never purchases privilege.

RAI may only be earned through verified contribution, accountable action, education, repair, successful production, audit participation and long-term reliability.

RAI may be reduced or revoked through fraud, negligence, manipulation, unresolved failure or abuse of trust.

Adamantis Economic Layers

TELLUS: material reality and resource cost.

OPUS: labor, effort, skill and time.

RAI: earned trust and responsibility.

SOLIDUS: bridge to legacy currency.

ASHLAR: final verified physical good.

Leadership & Steering

Leadership is not granted by wealth, ownership or production volume.

RAI may define suitability for areas of responsibility, but never automatic authority.

No individual may rule by score alone. Communities must still vote.

RAI is domain-specific.

Production RAI, Education RAI, Audit RAI and Leadership RAI must remain separate and may not be merged into absolute authority.

No single RAI value may grant control over all domains.

Conflict of Interest

Any actor receiving economic benefit from a decision must disclose that conflict.

Economic influence must never silently control leadership.

Hidden lobbying is treated as fraud against the system.

Actors with direct financial interest may be excluded from voting on that specific decision.

Institute Reserve

For every 100 qualifying physical items produced, one item is reserved for the Institute of Hemp Composites.

Reserved items may be used for testing, archival, replacement, education, public demonstration or donation.

The reserve exists to preserve knowledge, quality control and long-term resilience of the system.
