TELLUS Tellus

Tellus is the material truth layer of Adamantis. It represents the real resource cost of matter before labor, trust, settlement or final product value are added.

Pronunciation

Tellus

IPA: /ˈtɛl.ʊs/

Spoken: TELL-uus

Adamantis pronunciation: material truth, earth, matter and resource ground.

Material Truth Comes First

A civilization that lies about material cost lies about survival.

Every object begins somewhere: soil, fiber, mineral, water, biomass, energy, transport, waste and damage.

Tellus exists so Adamantis does not price reality from fantasy.

Material must be counted before value is claimed.

Tellus Includes

• raw material input

• recycled material input

• biomass and fiber value

• mineral and aggregate cost

• water and process burden

• transport and storage burden

• waste, loss and failed batches

• lawful sourcing and documentation burden

Hemp and Regenerative Feedstock

Hemp is not only an ingredient. It is a strategic feedstock for a post-petroleum material economy.

Tellus gives hemp its physical dignity: fiber, hurd, biomass, insulation, composite reinforcement, soil service and carbon-bearing matter must become visible in the accounting layer.

If regenerative material replaces extractive material, the system must be able to prove it.

Anti-Extraction Rule

Cheap material is not always cheap. Often it only means the damage was hidden somewhere else.

Tellus rejects fake cheapness.

A material price that ignores depletion, pollution, waste or coercion is not truth. It is deferred violence.

Adamantis Implementation

Tellus should connect to material receipts, local resource records, batch data, recipe inputs, supplier claims, transport records, regenerative sourcing and audit trails.

Tellus is the first checkpoint before Opus, Solidus and Ashlar.

No verified Ashlar should exist without a visible Tellus base.

Final Rule

Matter is not imaginary.

Material cost must be visible, traceable and honest.

If Adamantis cannot account for what something is made from, it cannot honestly claim what that thing is worth.
